ColdSide PC Game 2020 review:
A very beautiful game. You walk and admire, it’s a pity that some of the monsters that roam in the dark only were not allowed to look.
ColdSide, the third game from renowned indie developer AdroVGames, definitely deserves your attention (and the modest expense that comes with it). Powered by the cutting edge Cryengine V engine, it delivers breathtaking stunning graphics, pleasing visuals, realistic lighting and shading. The detailing and painstaking elaboration of the levels arouses particular admiration because the author knows how to work with this engine like no other. But this time the new project of AdroVGames is not only orgasm for the eyes, it is a really strong horror with an addictive gameplay. This is especially felt in the first half of the game, when it is dark everywhere, something abnormal is constantly happening around, strange silhouettes flicker, chilling sounds are heard and the main character loses control of himself.
Pros of ColdSide:
- Voltage. Damn, this is the first horror in the last month or two that really keeps you on your toes from the start. Of course, I am still a “bum” in terms of horror, so people with steel balls at the start will get less impressions.
- Atmosphere. In this regard, everything is also cool .. nothing to say. Everything is done exactly as it should be ..
- Flashlight. I was already fed up with the fact that the developers create tension due to all kinds of garbage a la shortage of batteries and a flashlight that goes down every minute. And in this game, the developers have created tension at the expense of other moments, and the flashlight now does not plant .. This is immediately a huge plus.
- Graphics. Just great, no comment.
