Citystate II is an Action, Simulation, and Strategy game for PC published by Andy Stark in 2021. Nice City Builder!
Citystate II PC Game 2021 review:
Don’t confuse or compare with Cities Skylines, despite the beautiful graphics, the game focuses on macroeconomic and political management.
Build multiple cities in a country with your ideal national pavilion! Should the state directly force its citizens to subscribe to the pension system and health insurance? What about a libertarian country that collects very little property tax, income tax, or value-added tax? Will the country be able to sustain growth without accepting immigrants? Play City State 2 now, where you must walk the tightrope between income and expenses, transportation, and more, as well as inflation, the class ladder, left-right conflict, civil rights, and individual freedom. Whether you become a complete control country, a full night country, or your choice, this game is a new city-building game with a fairly high level of difficulty in a modern setting that has hardly been felt since SimCity 4. It will provide different gameplay from the one-size-fits-all Cities Skylines, which is like drawing on a piece of paper with loads of mods. Of course, this game is only a simulation, so let’s play with a light mind.
First of all, if you want a city building game with lots of buildings and a view of the daily lives of your citizens this game is NOT for you. If you don’t have OCD and wanted to know if you have one, play 1 hour of this game and you can freely say to yourself yup it’s time to see a doctor. With that got out of the way, on to the review.
