Beeny the chubby bee is simply too amazing, what a beautiful game!It has pre-rendered sprites, its gameplay is fun, and it has cool characters and music totally inspired and made to be similar to the Donkey Kong Country trilogy
A vertical 2D platformer featuring a round bee in an early 90s prerendered environment. Found Beeny when looking for some platformers, and for the price, We are not disappointed. Beeny is very simple and a bite-sized fun experience. When going through the game initially, we had no issues, but the time trials were definitely a challenge. Beeny’s physics are pretty great, and the small demo of Super Kiwi 64 was great and We are hyped for when that game comes out. A vertical platformer that offers a fun little taste of Rareware-esque SNES gameplay, but not nearly as difficult as your Donkey Kong Country type games. After beating all the leves, a bonus level and speedrun mode is unlocked. A good way to spend 1$, and Level 7 will be the easiest speedrun of your life.
