It’s been a few months since Misaki won the fall Flying Circus tournament, and summer is coming to a close. Those feelings of triumph are fading, with new questions rising in their place. Misaki wasn’t particularly our favorite route from the original due to what we felt was a lacking romantic development. At times, she also felt like a confusing character to understand despite being arguably the most relatable. Regardless, her story and character from the original game was definitely one of the most entertaining to follow. This EXTRA somewhat fixes that itch of confusion we had when it came to trying to understand her character and has a much more different feel compared to Mashiro’s EXTRA story. While Mashiro’s was more of a short romantic side story, Misaki’s is quite a bit longer and is more of a continuation and conclusion of her character development from the previous game.
