The puzzles are also intuitive and easy. A lot of meows and sound production are excellent. Especially the songs played on the radio are impressive. The delicate reactions of interaction are comparable to Amanita’s ‘Samorost’.
Catie in MeowmeowLand is a beautiful traditional point-and-click adventure game set in a bizarre world of cats and ludicrous characters. As Catie follows a strange white cat in her garden she suddenly finds herself in a mysterious world of MeowmeowLand, where she has to undergo a journey to find her way back home. Your task is to help Catie get there!
In this dialogue-free point+click puzzler, we play as Catie, a young girl who falls down a rabbit hole, Alice-style, and finds herself in a colorful, cartoony world filled with magic, strange contraptions, and lots and lots of cats. It’s structured in a similar way to games such as Chuchel, TOHU, Fire: Ungh’s Quest, or Lilly Looking Through, but manages to put its own unique spin on this genre. It supports a controller, but a mouse is definitely recommended.
