PixPhys is an Action, Adventure, and Simulation game for PC published by Red Starship in 2021. A clear fun game to spend time with!
PixPhys PC Game 2021 review:
Do you want to sit for a bunch of hours and sort out things? Ask veterans how to make the bucket fly up and not down? Want to stuff poor Charles into a nuclear reactor? This game is for you!
While the game is in early access, its possibilities are truly enormous. At the moment, you can create interesting things: from a simple car to a space station or an aircraft carrier with a nuclear charge. We’ll be using People Playground for comparison. The main advantage is the connection system. In PPG you can only send signals on and off. PixPhys has a Stormworks-like system where you can pass various values from a number to a vector.
I see a lot of sandbox potential in the game, which is sure to be realized. The community of this game is mega-brains no more, the game is very interesting and pleasing to the eye. I wish the developers success and more nerve cells. I advise every sandboxed to buy this game, and if you are familiar with the mechanics of Scrap Mechanic, then I insist on buying it. Great game for the money, almost unlimited potential in the sandbox genre.
A bit barren of content at the moment, and a score of “hard to learn” id give it a 7.5/10. Not very much to do at the moment, but if you like games such as Besiege, People Playground, and other games where you can create your own machines and whatnot, this is for you.
Pros of PixPhys:
- a faster way to rotate objects
- to change settings on the weld and rope-like their durability so they won’t snap
- maybe add a fuel system could make it a bit more interesting
- a faster way toggle types, set force etc. (add hotkeys for each one)
…
