Can you design the perfect cemetery? Will you provide the citizens of this area with suitable conditions? Be cautious! You will have to deal with the rebellious undead if you don’t fulfill all the prerequisites.
Gameplay in Graveyard Architect is divided into 2 stages. The first one (day) is based on building a cemetery, decorating it, and burying the dead. The second, night stage is a punishment for the lack of diligence during the day, the angry inhabitants of the cemetery want to take revenge on you.
Even in very early access this game is surprisingly addictive! we think it holds a lot of promise and we am excite to see further development. There are a few grammatical mistakes but English is clearly not the Devs first language and they are not game breaking. The most obvious is ” (n) of your residents are satisfied of, (should be with), your graveyard.
Pros of Graveyard Architect:
- DAY: In the daytime phase of the game, you must complete the received orders and bury the properly delivered dead.
- Additionally, you can decorate your cemetery to provide them with a dignified rest, but not only that. Your task is also to obstruct the movement of potentially rebellious dead so that they have trouble getting to you in the moment of rebellion.
- NIGHT: When night comes, the (un)dead will punish you for your incompetence and rise from their graves.
- It will be caused by insufficient decorations, clutter in the cemetery, and other unfavorable activities during the day. You must fight for your life and pray that dawn will come sooner than you think. Don’t let them leave the cemetery. The dead site is right there.
