Oates makes good games and this is no exception. Haven’t beaten it yet but it is enjoyably spooky with a retail motif that speaks to me. Combat is interesting in that all real attacks take money and so you have to scrimp and save where you can to avoid bankrupting yourself, and your employees are basically cannon fodder to be used and abused (leans very hard into that retail motif). If its anything like their other games it probably has a couple endings requiring bizarre side stuff to unlock, but its probably short enough its not a huge issue. Highly recommend along with their other games.
