We should download all the parts or only one part please tell me

I had installed game perfectly but, when i was trying to lauch game only cmd file opened and showing Done!! press any key then pressing enter button cmd file closes but game not launching
I have also tried as an administrator but only cmd file started
I can’t download “V1.332.904.2” part 12 to 21 ; It just shows a page with the error:
“503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
nginx/1.18.0”
Don’t download many parts at the same time, try some minutes later.
